If you would like to order from our site, but prefer not to use a credit card, here is  how to proceed;


SELECT ITEMS - Look through our web site and write down the Item Numbers, 
 description (Company name, item name /description) color and size.  Please use the scroll 
down boxes to check available sizes/colors.

               
SUB-TOTAL -  Add the prices together for all items you've selected

*  CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS only MUST ADD 8.25 % sales tax on the "Sub-Total". (There is
 NO tax on shipping charges; only the products)

 ADD SHIPPING & HANDLING -   Depending on the number of items you select and
 the shipping method you prefer, add the follow amounts to your order's "Sub-Total" ;

                      *STANDARD MAIL / POST -  add $6.00 for the first item then $2.00 for
                                                                           for each additional item.
      
                              * PRIORITY MAIL (2nd Day) -  add $9.00 for the first item and $2.00 for each 
                                                                                       additional  item  (USA only)

                              * INTERNATIONAL UPS-EXPEDITE -                                      
       ****NO PERSONAL CHECKS,  NO C.O.D.'s ****

 

* TOTAL YOUR ORDER -  Add the SUB-TOTAL, CA.TAX  (if required) + the 
shipping & handling charges to obtain TOTAL.

* PAYMENT -  For ALL mail orders, we can only accept a Cashier's Check or a MONEY ORDER.  Please obtain one of these in the proper amount, including all taxes & shipping costs.  Payments must be in US Dollars only.    Please make payable to BlackStar DA.

* SEND IT TO US - Mail us a list of items you want, including product codes, your  payment and your "Ship To" address.       Mail to:   Musicianwear.com, P.O. Box 3595 , San Dimas, California  91773   USA. 
Be sure to include a complete and legible "Ship To" address.  You should also include your EMAIL ADDRESS so we can notify you if the items you've ordered are temporarily out-of-stock or if we have a question. If you do not supply a working email address, we cannot be responsible for contacting you.
